House Rules

Dear Kinks,

Even though you are welcome to live out all your fantasies here, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules so that your stay, as well as that of other Kinks, will be as pleasant and unforgettable as possible.

We therefore ask you to read these house rules carefully. Please also note that the KinKotel General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply, which can be viewed at www.TheKink.de. Violations of the applicable house rules may lead to termination of the contract without notice in accordance with Section VI (6.4) of the GTC.

I. Freedom & Tolerance

The Kink is for open-minded people and is intended to be a friendly, cosmopolitan, colourful and relaxed place where people can slip into different roles and truly be themselves – without resentment. We offer an environment that encourages you to live out your wildest fantasies, whereby mutual consent is essential. Please respect the wishes and inclinations of others at all times.

II. Third Parties

Persons who are not registered in our booking system and are brought to the KinKotel by registered Kinks are only permitted access after prior written consent or registration at reception. We reserve the right to refuse access in individual cases.

III. Smartphones & Photos

Absolute discretion is a matter of course for us. Therefore, there is a strict ban on photos and smartphones in all public areas of the KinKotel. Photography is only permitted in your apartment. Smartphones are not permitted in public areas.

IV. Apartments, Toys, KinKotel Property

1. Please never use the toys alone and always pay attention together to blood circulation and air supply.

2. The furnishings of the apartments, the furniture and all fixtures and fittings must be treated with care. Any damage caused by you must be compensated for and may be charged.

3. For safety reasons, leaning out of the windows is not permitted. Windows may only be opened for ventilation.

4. Please do not dispose of sanitary towels, tampons or other items in the toilet, as this may cause blockages. In case of non-compliance, we expressly reserve the right to claim damages.

V. Smoking & Open Flames

1. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building and is only permitted outside the building. In case of violation, a special cleaning fee of 250.00 € will be charged.

2. Open flames and lighting candles are prohibited in apartments, stairwells, corridors, sanitary areas and the spa.

VI. Access & Keys

1. Upon check-in you will receive a room key as well as a key for the building entrance. The room door must be locked when leaving. Keys must be returned to reception upon departure.

VII. Complaints

Any complaints or inconveniences should be reported immediately at reception or by e-mail to service@kinkotel.de.

VIII. Arrival & Departure

The apartments are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest. Luggage can be stored at reception after consultation. No liability is accepted for loss or damage.

IX. Pets

Bringing pets is not permitted.

X. Weapons

Bringing illegal weapons onto the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban from the premises. The relevant authorities will be informed in such cases.

XI. Emergency

The fire alarm is triggered by the smoke detectors. In the event of an alarm, the building must be evacuated immediately via the marked escape routes. Fire extinguishers are located in the stairwells and corridors.

Changes to the house rules are possible at any time. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to terminate the contract extraordinarily and refuse services.
